Average Days to Resolve by Reason Code

The Average Days to Resolve by Reason Code report displays a column and spline chart of the average days taken up for deductions resolution, distributed as per reason codes.

Information AVERAGE DAYS TO RESOLVE = Sum of days to resolve deductions in the selected period / Count of deductions resolved

Hovering over the series displays a tooltip of the reason code and the respective values of AVERAGE DAYS TO RESOLVE and CLOSED DEDUCTIONS VOLUME.

Out-of-the-Box Features

The Out-of-the-Box features and functionalities of the report are as follows:

• Standard Out-of-the-Box Filters - Filters the entire report based on Aging Bucket, Company Code, Root Cause Code, and Period.
