Average Days to Resolve by Owner

The Average Days to Resolve by Owner report displays a column and spline chart of closed deductions count and average days taken for deductions resolution, created as per owners category in the last 12 months.

Information AVERAGE DAYS TO RESOLVE = Sum of days to resolve deductions in the selected period / Count of deductions resolved

Hovering over the series displays a tooltip of the owner name and the AVERAGE DAYS TO RESOLVE and CLOSED DEDUCTIONS values.

Out-of-the-Box Features

The Out-of-the-Box features and functionalities of the report are as follows:

• Standard Out-of-the-Box Filters - Filters the entire report based on Action Code, Company Code, Reason Code, and Period.
